Etisalat call rates are cheap but the free on-net call thing wont be the first of its kind in the country. Starcomms has done such albeit on a small scale. I remember when they rolled out in Ibadan in late 2006 they offered free on net calls for bout 2 months or so. I am sure they did same in other cities they rolled out to
