what i have always thought but just didn't have the facts.

I do like the punch as well, but it is clear that for an organisation the size of Punch, the skills for online/Sm marketing advise is seriously lacking.  It is also about time the traditional marketing organisations who have the budget to play with, realise that they just haven't kept up to date unfortunately those that have this skill find it difficult to gain access to these organisations.

They are embracing technology which we seem to do very well but using it effectively is a different story......what happened to the good old offer it for free as a bait and people will always bite:-)
